About Embodyé Sculpt 

Embodyé Sculpt provides body sculpting, lymphatic drainage and massage therapy treatments in Coventry, United Kingdom. 

These terms and conditions explain the services on which we provide. By booking a treatment you are agreeing to our terms and conditions outlined on this website. 

Booking Appointments 

Appointments can be booked through our online booking platform or by contacting us through our website or direct message on Instagram.

You are responsible for providing accurate booking details and ensuring that your contact information is up to date.

A booking is confirmed once you receive confirmation through the booking platform. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate appointment requests but cannot guarantee availability at a specific time or date.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival may reduce the time available for your treatment or require your appointment to be rearranged.

Prices, Deposits & Payments  

Our treatment prices are displayed on our website or booking platform before you complete your booking.

All payments, deposits and any applicable booking fees will be clearly shown at the time of booking.

Payment must be made using the methods available through our booking platform. 

All deposits are non refundable, this is clearly stated at the time of booking and outline in our terms and conditions.
 

All one off treatments require a 20% deposit of total price of treatment. 

All course prices are required upfront to secure dates and times. 

Cancellations & Refunds 

Deposits are non-refundable except where we cancel, cannot provide the treatment, or where the law entitles you to a refund.

We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. 

We require 48 hours to reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours means loss of deposit and will need to pay a new deposit for a new booking, unless agreed otherwise. 

If cancelled within policy, non refundable deposit can be moved once to a new appointment date. 

If we need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and explain the options available.

Consultation, Results & Aftercare 

Before your treatment, you may be asked to complete a consultation form and provide relevant information about your medical history, current health, medications, allergies and any other circumstances that could affect treatment suitability.

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information. We may decline, postpone or modify a treatment if it is unsuitable or cannot be provided safely.

Some treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy or for people with certain medical conditions or other contraindications.

Your safety and wellbeing are important to us. If necessary, we may recommend seeking medical advice before proceeding with a treatment.

Results vary on body type, lifestyle and commitment to aftercare. We strongly advise that aftercare provided is followed.
